What Sets Freshii Vegetarian Catering Apart
Many catering providers treat vegetarian accommodation as a subtraction from the standard menu: remove the chicken from the salad, offer a pasta dish on the side, or include a token cheese tray. Our salad line is predominantly vegetarian by default: Kale Caesar with roasted chickpeas, Fiesta Salad with black beans and corn, and build-your-own salad with hemp hearts and seed toppings. Falafel wraps, veggie-loaded build-your-own wraps, and bean burritos make up our vegetarian wrap catering lineup. Available as individual boxed wraps or shared wrap trays. The falafel wrap (falafel, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, tzatziki in whole wheat tortilla) is a consistent catering hit that impresses vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests equally.

All of our cold-pressed juices and most of our smoothies are naturally vegetarian and vegan. Vegetarian Catering for Mixed Dietary Events
Most Calgary events have a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Our catering setup handles this particularly efficiently: design the base menu around our plant-forward components (all grain bases, all vegetable toppings, plant proteins, plant-based dressings), then add halal chicken or other non-vegetarian proteins as a supplement for guests who prefer them.
